The first anamnese is important to get to know each other. During our conversation we will examine your current state and set a realistic approachable goal.

For an optimal collaboration it is crucial to understand your current situation and your training- and injuiry history.

Training program (for 4-6 weeks)

You decide when, where, how long and how often you want to train during the week.

Note: the training program should be readjusted every 4-6 weeks in order to set new stimuli and achieve your goals

Online Personal Training (60 minutes)

Online PT is even more flexible and can be done from everywhere in the world.
Consistency is the key to your desired result. Our personal training sessions are held via Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp etc. I coach and guide you through the session with different techniques and exercises to archive your goals.
